1. INTRODUCTION
Company Background
Previously, the resort was operating as Golden Palm Tree Iconic Resort & Spa. The resort was launched upon completion of the first of two phases in an RM15 million refurbishment program. It now offers a refreshing new beach resort experience with facilities such as five restaurants, two bars, a spa, beach and garden facilities a vast selection of activities, an 840 sq. ballroom (third largest in Malaysia) and more.
AVANI Sepang Goldcoast Resort features elegant water villas with private balconies. Spacious villas face the sea and come with modern amenities and wooden furnishings. The official launch of AVANI Sepang GoldCoast Resort in Malaysia took place on the 21st of February, 2014. 4. SPECIALITY OF THE RESORT
(UNIQUE THINGS ABOUT THE RESORT)
Avani Sepang Goldcoast is one of the beautiful and unique resort. The uniqueness of this resort is that it is built on the beach and its layout is like a coconut tree. If viewed from the air, the scenery is really beautiful. That is why the old name of the resort was Golden Palm Tree Exotic Resort and Spa. Avani Sepang Goldcoast is also well known as Golden Palm Tree resort due to the unique design resembling a palm tree that can only be seen from above either with a drone or by plane. Upon check-in and getting a room card, there is a buggy service in the lobby that will give you a ride to the room. There are many buggy services available and even on weekdays, we do not have to wait long to board the buggy to get to a room that is quite a bit far from each other. According to the workers there, the buggy service is available 24 hours. So, if we go out anywhere and come home late, we no need to worry about boarding the buggy back to the room.
There is something exciting about Avani Sepang Goldcoast Resort. Away from the crowded and noisy city which is just great for a short getaway in Malaysia. Whether you are travel with family or your loved one, staying in an overwater villa is truly the best experience in life. There are 2 bars and 5 restaurants around Avani Sepang Goldcoast Resort that offer a variety of foods from local to international food. Frankly speaking, the food was okay and quite overprice so if we are tight with our budget, we can bring outside food along such as instant noodles during a stay there. If we are lazy to go out for our breakfast, lunch and dinner, Avani Sepang Goldcoast Resort also has an in-villa dining service. We can check the food menu on the television and call for our order. Bicycle service is also available for guests wishing to patrol, commute to rooms and use during their stay. The guests can ride a bicycle to explore the resort for free of charge but the bicycles are first come first served basis, therefore we will find that some people hide the bicycle in front of their room to avoid it getting stolen by other guests.
Avani Sepang Goldcoast Resort is a kid-friendly resort. It has a swing in the park and some games that certain kids will be happy to play. The resort also comes equipped with an infinity pool and gym that are suitable for those who want to maintain their shape during the vacation. Extreme park activities such as Paintball, ATV and Go-Karting are also available in this resort if you are looking for something a bit more adventurous. If those activities are still not keeping you occupied, Avani Sepang Goldcoast Resort also has scheduled activities. They have an activity arrangement every day such as yoga, designing and flying a kite and many more.
